What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Every person has that go-to friend or family member—the computer guru who knows it all, but isn't always able to spare you the time. OSCS was created to be that same go-to guru, except we do have the time! We are all too happy to spring into action, just for you!

What do you love most about your job?
I love interacting with and meeting new people. I love the look on my clients' faces when the job is done, and they see that it's been done well. Meeting, wooing, and wowing my customers—that's what I love most.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
When I left the Daytona Beach area and closed my first computer-repair business, one of my long-time clients told me that he wouldn't ever be able to find another computer guy like me. To be the guy who is irreplaceable. There is no greater feedback.
