Chefs can blend together meats to create cohesive flavors, as in the case of the blend burger's veal and chicken patty with spices, or can swap out meat completely with their black bean burgers. And for those looking for meals that are both vegetarian and gluten-free, chefs even have a burger for them. They top a gluten-free bun with a patty made from quinoa, mushrooms, zucchini, shallots, and gluten-free bread crumbs. All of these burgers come topped with lettuce, roasted tomato spread, and a choice of house sauces and toppings. These include spicy options such as the chipotle cream or popular fried eggs.
