On the Mat Sports International
On the Mat Sports International bolsters both physical health and self-confidence through martial arts training and fitness classes. Krav maga and tae kwon do lessons instill the values of self-control and perseverance while also showing children and adults how to protect themselves through practical defensive techniques. Fitness classes, such as Barre Body and cardio kickboxing, work on strengthening bodies, whether by building long, lean muscles or by building endurance and ensuring this year's dance marathon won't be won by the man with the robotic legs again.
