Q:

Is there a time frame that each session needs to be done in? For example, the second treatment needs to be done within 2 months of the first, etc. Also, is there an email address that I can send a pic of my tattoo to for an estimate of how many treatments I might need? Thanks!

Corina L.  asked on  Jul 25, 2012

A:

It is a three to four week gap between treatments, our email address is on2u@sasktel.net. Thanks, Kevin.

Q:

can you successfully remove green, blue and red pigments?? and if so, aproximately how many treatments??

Paulette M.  asked on  Jul 25, 2012

A:

Red and black are the easiest colors to remove, green and blue are also good colors, the darker the pigment the better for the removal. The amount of treatments will depend on the tattoo and how well you heal. Some tattoos will be gone in as little as two treatments while others can take as many as ten. The best thing to do is come in and see me and then I could give you a better idea once I see your tattoo.

Q:

Are these three sessions guaranteed to completely remove the tattoo?

Robert g.  asked on  Jul 25, 2012

A:

No, some tattoos will take more than three sessions, but the best way for me to let you know is for you to come in and see me so I can give you a better idea.

Q:

after the laser removal will the skin in the area tan like normal? I have a fairly large one on my ankle and tan well in the summer because of my garden and would hate to see a huge whhite spot from a scar.

Tracy W.  asked on  Jul 25, 2012

A:

The laser only targets the ink and will not do damage to the skin, there should not be any problem tanning in the future.

Lisa N.  asked on  Jul 25, 2012

Depends on the tattoo and how well you heal, it may only take three treatments but it may take 6 or more, if you come in and see me I will be able to give you a better idea.

Q:

hi there i was just wondering how many sessions it takes to successfully remove a tattoo, mine has quite a bit of black but is smaller than 3 inches?.....Jamie

jamie m.  asked on  Jul 25, 2012

A:

It really depends on the tattoo and how well you heal, most tattoos are gone in around 6 treatments, some in as little as two, others in as many as ten. The best thing to do would be to come in and see me and I could give you a better idea.

Q:

How effective will 3 sessions be for removal?

Terri C.  asked on  Jul 25, 2012

A:

It really depends a lot on the tattoo and how well you heal. 3 treatments should lighten the tattoo a great deal and most tattoos do not need more than 6 treatments. If you could give me some more info on your tattoo or if you could come in for a consultation, I could give you a much better idea.

Q:

Is Kevin a certified laser tech, and where did he take his training? Will this scar?

Dallas K.  asked on  Jul 25, 2012

A:

Yes I am certified for laser tattoo removal as well as for our IPL machine, I took a course through the laser training institute about 4 years ago. The laser only targets the ink and does no damage to the skin tissue, the only way you could have a scar is from the tattoo in the first place which is really rare.
