What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We wanted to provide a unique and executive level service experience to every customer at price that rivals the current going rate in the industry. our goal was to take computer repair out of the stone age an into the modern, where the customer is the main focus and service is accented by quality.

What do you love most about your job?
Engaging a new client and unraveling their needs as it pertains to the most used artifact in their home, and working with them to find a solution which outlines that need to complete satisfaction is what we value most out of every interaction with every client and is also the most rewarding.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
A customer once invited to his home after working on his machine to have chai tea. During the repair process, in certain cases we often find that understanding the issue at times means understanding the person. This is why we value the trust and connection made with every client
