Participants take part in up to five classes a week, jumpstarting their fitness regimens. Bootcamp classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. and on Saturdays at 9 a.m. Small-group workouts are held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 6 a.m., 7 a.m., and 9 a.m., as well as 3:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m., and 7:30 p.m.
