The program was great but trying to get the deal was a hassle. I have bought it before and same thing. Really problem getting into the course and then I had to ask for the certificate and then they sent it. But the course is good.

Good n Bad. The choice is simplistic to learn in but customer service has yet to get in contact with me. Good: Clips are quick and direct. Bad: There is little to no words in the videos, which makes it difficult for learners who are not audio types. I emailed customer services multiple times and no one responded to me.
