They've been the subject of a New York Times video documentary, played The Venetian in Las Vegas and charmed audiences in nursing homes and temples from coast to coast -- including Deerfield's own Temple Beth Israel. Now the Holocaust Survivor Band is back with their five-piece klezmer ensemble, celebrating the release of their very first CD, Peace for the World. Led by longtime Boca Raton residents accordionist Ruby Sosnowicz and drummer Saul Dreier, the group specializes in joyful Jewish songs and the folk music of their native Poland. Don't miss the latest appearance by these 80-something musical phenoms.
