When most people think of Korean food, they conjure up images of beef bulgogi and other barbecued meats. But Oori is out to change that narrow view by introducing diners to another Korean staple: the rice triangle. Rice triangles, or gimbap, are Korea's answer to the Japanese hand roll. Thin sheets of nori envelop warm rice and typically some kind of protein.
