Chefs lasso 20 ounces of aged Angus beef to grill menu highlight the Trail Boss ($26.99) to a juicy medium rare. Portobello chicken ($14.99) layers two grilled breasts with smoked provolone and sweet bell peppers, and broiled swordfish ($17.99) swims around mushroom buoys in a river of butter-wine sauce. Slathered in special sauce, Rob's pulled sandwich ($8.99) slow-cooks a meaty middle that, like a cowboy's cologne, comes in beef, pork, or chicken.
