The basic eye examination fee is $65.00. This includes all test the optometrist feels is necessary for your eyes. Bifocal lenses begin at $139.00 for flattop, polycarbonate lenses.

There are no restrictions. You will need to use the $150.00 voucher at one visit for only contact lenses. The voucher is not good on the eye examination and fitting fees.
