Q:

I would like to clarify what "Not valid for sale items" means. Does that mean store promotions are excluded too. I am specifically interested in 1. In your home page it is advertised that designer frames 30% off 2. you also have red tag, green tag, ect promotions 3. There is also a promotion for free eye exam for a purchase of over $198 thanks

Q:

is this deal limited to Ray-Ban frames? what is the price range for its frames and prescription lens? Thanks

Lia L.  asked on  Oct 9, 2013

A:

Hey Lia! Actually, Rayban is simply a suggestion you can actually choose any frame you want. We offer a multitude of brands including Prada, Gucci, Dior, Marc Jacob, Kate Spade, Tiffany, Bvlgari and much, much more! A starting price for designer brand name frames is $198 (a majority of our frames are actually within this price point) and single-vision prescription lenses start at $88. So a complete pair of designer eyeglasses is starting at $286, which after the $150 discount would come out to $136 as a starting price for a complete pair of designer eyeglasses. Please feel free to drop by and take a look at our selection, we'd love to show you around!

Q:

Do you have priscription eyeglasses for children also and can I use my extended health insurance combined with your offer?

Malihe k.  asked on  Oct 9, 2013

A:

Hey there Malihe! Yes we actually have a large variety of prescription eyeglasses for children. Any amount you spend over $150, we will issue you a receipt as proof of purchase, and that can be used to get reimbursement from your health insurance coverage. See you soon!

Q:

Does the deal cover progressive lenses?

Cheryl B.  asked on  Oct 9, 2013

A:

Hey Cheryl! With this Groupon deal, you can get anything you like as it is $150 towards your entire glasses total. Progressive lenses start at $128, all including Anti-Reflection, Scratch-Resistant, UV Protection, Anti-Radiation and Hydrophobic EZ Clean coatings. Frames start at $88, so a starting price for a pair of progressive glasses is $216, which would only be $66 after the Groupon discount. If you choose a more expensive frame, or if you require a more expensive lens, the price may be higher but we can discuss the options with you in the store. I hope this helps, see you soon!

GiGi W.  from  Merchant  replied on  Oct 9, 2013

A:

Hey there Cheryl! Sorry a quick mistake I made with the pricing in my last reply. Frames are starting at $128, so the starting price after the Groupon discount is $106. Sorry about that! Please feel free to call us directly if you want to get a precise price quote with your prescription.
