Optimal Body Fitness
Trainer Jonathan Wiseman helps his clients achieve their full potential by crafting a comprehensive fitness plan that includes training, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. Jon draws from a curriculum of modified strong-man exercises, working with students one on one, in small-group settings, or during blistering group boot camps. Wiseman has trained clients for competition-level bodybuilding events and also offers online training sessions that include a complimentary bib in case students spill too much adrenaline on their mousepads.
