At Optimum Fitness Revolution we focus on those that are 60 years and older! We focus on helping you live your life to the fullest by keeping you active, strong and increasing your endurance. To ensure personal attention we only offer small group classes with no more than 10 clients in each class. These classes are designed for anyone over the age of 60 and any fitness ability.
