Q:

after buying the groupon, will the medical office willing to give me a receipt for my price paid for groupon? Need the receipt so I can claim for my medical flex plan.

Tonya S.  asked on  Nov 4, 2012

A:

We can give you a reciept no problem but it is not a complete itemized bill just a reciept. No diagnosis or cpt codes. Just with office name and amount paid.

Q:

Scary when reading the reviews from Yelp.

saule  asked on  Nov 4, 2012

A:

Yes I agree that some of the reviews are not quit as you or I wished them to be, but they helped me to improve the office to a higher level. I used each of them as a constructive tool. We have changed the staff and added more staff to help more customer service type of office. It was a growing experience for myself. But on the other hand we took care of 6,000 massagers and had only 22 bad reviews. No excuse on bad reviews just needed a better team to work with me. All I can say is we are on top on every complaint everytime. Dr. Kausler

Q:

I would like to clarify the acupuncture session. It say it is a $60 value. I am looking at your website and I can't find your prices for various services to help determine what I need to know. I guess my concern is related to a yelp review I read stating only 3 needles were used. And your reply back to her was that she should have been told this was a "introductory" to acupuncture and not a full treatment. So is that the case with this deal?, or can I expect a full treatment?

Marta M.  asked on  Nov 4, 2012

A:

I understand your concern about three needles. When someone comes into the office and has not had accupuncture before we tried to give them a positive experience with accuncture by explanning what was going on with accuncture and how the needles do not cause pain. But of course if the client wanted a full treatment they would get it complete. But only to the major area of complaint one that day. But if more treatment is needed then yes we would continue with more treatment after. the prices are in our virtual store on the web site. I believe they are still there just change the web site. Please call if you can not find and we will be more then happy to give them all to you at that time.
