Q:

hi there. i have seen eyebrows go from black, and over time, turn green or grey. do you guarantee your products and how many times has this happened at your office? any info? thank you

bonnie a.  asked on  Oct 23, 2012

A:

He Bonnie, I correct the people that you are talking about and no its never happened to me. I am a premanent makeup practioner whos been doing this for over 10 years. Not everyone is qualified to do permanent makeup but it is an unregulated idustry. Please read through the website so you can have a better understanding.

Q:

Does this include eyelashes?

Mary G.  asked on  Oct 24, 2012

A:

Hi Mary, I am not sure what this question means. Your always welcome to call the office for a better understanding of the procedure. Natural liner is a natual look that enhances the eyes and makes them look amazing.

Q:

Hi again, Looking at the model in your add, is that what you call the "natural look"? I assume it is since it is the model on the ad. But I just want to verify. Please advise.

Marta M.  asked on  Oct 23, 2012

A:

Hi there, the picture in the groupon ad isnt permanent makeup. Natural eyeliner is a thin line that goes right into your upper and lower lash line, enhancing your eyes but still looks natural. Please call our office for more information.

Q:

Hi There, Three questions: 1) I am trying to define in my mind the difference between "natural-looking" and a bolder "made-up" So I am looking at the picture of the lady in the add. Looking at her eyeliner. Would that be the "natural look". Because that is pretty much what I would be looking for. 2) I have had permenant eyeliner done in the way past. Once it was done "by hand" which was a very long, and tedious drawn out process of over 2 hours in the chair for just the tops. My makeup artist was as tired as I was by the end. And in contrast, I also had it done previously by an artest who used a machine. it was a better look, and a much faster process. Which way is it done here? 3) I had an upper eyelift at the end of August. I am about 60% healed at this point. How much time would you recommend before we could do my eyeliner?

Marta M.  asked on  Oct 23, 2012

A:

Natural looking eyeliner means it enhances the eyes and makes the eyes look good but has a natural look. You can upgrade the needle size for a more bolder look. A digital machine is used for quick and acurate placement of pigment, it takes 20-30 for number and 20-30 for the procedure, no more than an hour total. Consult with your doctor on how much time you need.

Q:

Wouldn't it be better to call it semi-permanent makeup based on the detail information? $99 for an upper or lower was sounding good until I read the follow up saying most likely will need touch up in 30 days and it then says that touch up is normally $250 but with discount it would be $150. Really what someone needs to expect to pay is about $250 between initial $99 and $150 follow up in 30 days. I really think it should be advertised for $250 for upper or lower as that is really what someone will be paying for an upper or lower. Isn't that correct?

Jennifer S.  asked on  Oct 23, 2012

A:

Hi Jennifer, permanent make up is term used in the industry. The advertised price it the way it is because not every customer will need a touch up. About one-fifth of customers come back for touch ups. You only pay the price you paid for your GROUPON in your case its $99.

Q:

I was going to purchase this offer as a gift for my mother, until I checked her Yelp reviews! Her reviews are nothing short of LOUSY. Is there an explanation as to why so many people had terrible experiences? Thank you

tauni  asked on  Oct 23, 2012

A:

Yelp automatically filters the reviews and the good reviews are in the filtered section at the bottom of the review page. Please be sure to look at the filter. We strive to make every customer happy. In the event they are unsatisfied, we will absolutely work with them individually to put to rest any concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. This is our top priority. Please be advised that the Groupon promotion is for natural-looking make up. If you're interested in a bolder "made up" look that is available for an upgrade. This is our 3rd campaign with GROUPON, selling over 400 deals. Our artist has over 20 years experience in the beauty business. Feel free to also call our office with any questions/comments, 949 630 0535.
