Hi. There was a discrepancy of what he tried to accomplish to advertise and what you did advertise. It would have been nice to have it straighten it out, so, there is no confusions about the deal. I think you should have a link page of clarifications for some deals that is not correctly representing the deal. The instructor explained it to me very thoroughly and I understood, so, it was good for me.

The four-hour introductory ground-school experience covers the basics of launching and landing a hang glider. Upon arriving at Corvallis Municipal Airport, students get an interactive presentation on the sport followed by hands-on work with a simulator. Next, they’ll practice setup and launches with real equipment as an instructor oversees, and they may lift slightly off the ground depending on weight and weather factors.

A USHPA-certified advanced and tandem instructor, John of Oregon Hang Gliding School has taken to the skies on hang gliders since 1990 and taught the sport to newcomers since 1997. He also advises the curriculum for a university engineering program laying out pointers in a systematic way, and discouraging the use of protractors as weapons. Under John’s guidance, students begin with introductory lessons and ground school before advancing along the path to earning individual pilot ratings.
