Q:

How many Groupon vouchers are allowed per order? I'd like to purchase for my parents but that would mean two Groupon vouchers that they would need to redeem at the same time. Is this possible?

Russ W.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

Hi Russ, You may purchase one Groupon for yourself and multiples to be given as gifts, and they can all be used on the same flight. Thank you, Orlando Balloon Rides

Q:

1. My mom is 91 and would like a balloon ride. She is slow, but gets around well and lives alone, albeit in a independent liviing facility. Her doctor has cleared her for this adventure. My questions : Are there seats in the balloon and is she too old? She would need assistance getting into and out of the balloon. BTW: My wife and I will be with her and both have ridden balloons in the past 2 years. THANK YOU, RON HUNTER

Ronald D.  asked on  Nov 24, 2012

A:

Hi Ron, As longs as she is able to stand for one hour (no seats in the baskets) and brace herself for landing, there should be no issues. Thank you, Orlando Balloon Rides

Q:

Are we by ourselves in the basket or with other people?

Tiffany T.  asked on  Nov 24, 2012

A:

Hi Tiffany, Orlando Balloon Rides operates a fleet of 4 balloons, 3 of these hold 16 passengers and the 4th holds 25. The baskets are designed for passenger safety and comfort, being designed in the shape of a rectangle allow all passengers to have perfect views. The baskets are also divided into sections which allows more room to move around and a bit more privacy with your family. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any additional questions.
