It sucked! This deal was a scan and I was provided false information from multiple reps. J was told that it would cover EVERYTHING but the reservation fee. Once we drove 2 hrs to the facility we were told that there was an additional $150 per person and we were a party of 4. Then j was told if there were any issues it would be refunded and resolved. I was never responded to when asked 4 manager!

Don't buy this scam, Groupon tells you to give you more then 50% off the original ticket when it's not. Example, I bought two tickets for $97.00 in Groupon when the original tickets $249.00 when I got to the site I pay more then $400 for the two tickets, Groupon only took off $150 per ticket. They always get you some how 🤬🤬🤬 never again

I have not complain about Orlando Skydiving Center site, but I do have a very strong complain about Groupon company here's why :
When I first bought my tickets to go skydiving Groupon said u only pay $97.00 per two adults when the real tickets are $249.00 per adult on the site. So when I come over to jump at the window counter she said(Groupon only give you $100 coupon for the two tickets)

Orlando Skydiving Center
When you first visit the Orlando Skydiving Center, some nerves are to be expected. It's a big day—the moment you finally jump out of a plane. There's more to the experience than the split-second of the initial leap, though. Here's what to expect during your tandem skydive:
- A 20-minute safety seminar that covers key topics.
- A plane ride up to an altitude of 12,000 or 18,000 feet. Along the way, you and your instructor strap yourselves together.
- The jump.
- Free fall, during which you reach speeds of up to 125 mph. It's more thrilling than scary, especially if you keep the center's perfect safety record in mind.
- The parachute release.
- A 10-minute glide down to earth, with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
- A soft landing.

Must sign waiver. Subject to weather. Must be 18 years of age or older, and present a government issued photo ID on jump day. Advance reservation by phone is required. 12K option: Maximum weight limit of 220 lbs. A $9.75 non-refundable reservation fee is required in advance at the time reservation is made. Limit 4 per person.
18K option: Maximum weight limit of 260 lbs with additional charge for each lb above 220. Balance is due on day of jump. Valid only for option purchased. May be repurchased every 365 days.
