What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are the only Guatemalan restaurant in the area. Our cuisine is made from the freshest ingredients and herbs. If you’re sick of the same old Mexican food, come try something a little different. You won’t be disappointed! Family-owned and operated since 2012, we are proud to invite you to dine in!
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Tortilla de Harina is prepared with fresh sauteed veggies, skirt steak, avocado, crema y queso, all wrapped up in a handmade … flour tortilla. Be prepared – it’s huge!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I worked in the restaurant field for 15 plus years, and, living in Danbury, I wanted to bring something different to the table. Guatemala has world class cuisine that I have traveled to NYC to eat. I wanted to have my country’s cuisine readily available to those who miss it most, and those who’ve never had it.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to eat healthy and deliciously flavorful food everyday, and share it with my diverse community.
