What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

Our process works very well for people at risk for or suffering from osteopenia or osteoporosis. Published scientific research has shown that OsteoStrong's short weekly sessions increase bone density more than any other non-drug solution.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?

OsteoStrong is not traditional exercise. It consists of very short, but intense, trigger point events focused on the areas of the body most at risk of osteoporotic fracture--the hips, spine, legs, and arms.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I'm an Ironman triathlete, but I wasn't always healthy, so I know how hard it can be to change habits, and I want to help people lead healthy, long lives. Osteostrong attracted me because unlike some others in fitness/health, it is supported by scientific theory and published scientific research.

What do you love most about your job?

Now that we have been open and operating for awhile, it is particularly gratifying to see our members come in with bone density scan results showing that their bones are growing stronger.
