While Kim did a fantastic job, a few things were very off-putting.
It was easy to drive past the salon. It is in a home, with only a small, barely visible, sign in the window. I rang the doorbell three times, standing outside for too long. Even attempted phoning the salon, with no answer. I was 5-10 minutes early, but I needed to ask if where I was parked was going to be ok. I had to pull into a half moon drive way. One car was in front of me. If someone else pulled in, while I was in the salon, I would have been stuck.
Mani-pedi were done nicely. Kim was very nice. No one else was present. No worker. No clients.
At the end, I needed to pay by credit card. Kim told me she would have to get Crystal, the owner, as she did not know how to use the machine.
I WAITED WAY TOO LONG TO PAY! I would say, maybe 10 or 15 minutes!

Was good... but found it to be very cold, especially while getting a pedi took forever to get warmed up after I left... Other than that I would go back...
