The staff is very friendly but I asked to leave my eyebrows as thick as possible and only clean up the outside. I left with only 3 hairs on the outer parts of my eyebrows. I feel that I was clear in what I asked for. This is before and after with only powder on them in both pics. Before picture taken one month before threading. Start with less because you can always take more off later.
