The OurBus is an excellent source of transport. Water is provided and clean comfortable seating has always been my experience. My only negative criticism would be for the bus to provide cup holders and behind the seat table tops. Some of the buses have it, but most of my rides have not. Other than that, I would recommend OurBus, definitely!

The bus arrived and departed on time, both ways, during my roundtrip. I like that they provided water bottles, outlets, and wifi. I would use OurBus again and recommend it to others.

Definitely an upgrade compared to Bolt and Megabus. Buses are modern and clean. They left on time and kept a pretty good schedule. I commute to D.C. frequently and Ourbus is my new ride of choice.

I was very impressed with the driver, David, who provided excellent service to and from the destination. He was truly wonderful.
However, I did find the booking system to be quite challenging and not a good experience overall. They were able to resolve my inquiries however there was too many back and forth emails just to secure my booking.
