Q:

If I want to boat with my husband, do we BOTH need silver memberships, or is one enough? The membership is for one boat, or one person??? Lori

Lori A.  asked on  Apr 3, 2013

A:

Hi Lori, thanks for reaching out to us! The membership is for one person only. However, should you bring a guest with you on the same boat there is no additional cost. If you both wish to go boating separately, or in separate boats, it would be best to have more than one membership!

Q:

What precisely does this mean? "Must use promotional value in 1 visit. "

June M.  asked on  Apr 4, 2013

A:

Hi June! Thanks for reaching out to us. The Groupon value must be used in one visit, as we cannot split the value. So plan your trip ahead of time to get your whole $60 value used in one day!

Hi Johanna! Thank you for reaching out to us! You will not need to carry any boats on your car, however, at some location you may be asked to carry the boat a few feet from storage to the water. Hope to see you on the water!

Q:

The Silver membership at Hopkinton State park means exactly what? 119 gets me any boat for how long? Are there black out days and dates? I am VERY interested. Thanks Eric Lebow

Eric L.  asked on  Mar 29, 2013

A:

Hi Eric! Thanks for reaching out to us! The Silver Membership covers all boats all season at Hopkinton State Park, as well as our other 4 sites. The only stipulation is with our sailboats, which you must pass a sailing test first in order to use. Our season runs May-Sept and is weather dependent. Best, Casey H with Boating in Boston
