Chris was our guide he was very friendly. It was our first time and he explained everything promptly. Keep an eye out though we followed the instructions on the group in and ended up getting there late I recommend to contact outdoorster to get exact timing.

Hard to rate the tour itself, as it left without us. The only time to choose on Groupon was 10:30am. Apparently the start time is actually 10am. So we ended up getting there too late. Customer support was friendly, but ultimately ineffective. They did try to get ahold of the tour guide, and gave me his number to try myself, but there was no reception in the area.

We had a great time kayaking the river. The staff was very courteous and professional and made sure everyone had a good time. It took a bit for the group to loosen up but towards the end everyone seemed happy and chatty

It was a great experience our tour guide Jordan, was fun and very informative. I’d definitely do it again !

Would be a good idea to meet at entrance of park so we are all together. Wet bags might be a good idea to provide. Cage was very knowledgeable about the river and cave system. I had a lot of fun.

Had an outstanding time! Our guide Zach was great, he made sure everyone understood what we were doing and felt comfortable before we took off. Learned a lot of history and took in some beautiful views. Thanks for a great day!
