Q:

What brand of products do you use and how long is the appointment?

Patty J.  asked on  Dec 28, 2012

A:

Hi Patty. We used two brands: OPI and Gelish. The appointment is about 45 minutes long (longer if you have existing gel polish that needs to be removed).

Abby B.  asked on  Dec 26, 2012

A:

Hello Abby. This service uses gel color like a polish using the client's own nail; it is not a sculptured nail. Sorry but we are phasing out of acrylic nails in our spa.

Q:

New clients only?! That is quite dissapointing. I have been to the spa before, but have never had a manicure. Am I allowed to purchase??

Alysha S.  asked on  Dec 26, 2012

A:

Hello Alysha. It is nice to hear from one of our clients. Yes - this offer is for new clients only. However, please contact our Front Desk manager Danielle and she will do what she can to make you happy.

Q:

I'm just wondering exactly what kind of manicure this is. Do they glue on plastic tips on the nails so they are longer or is it just the gel on top of the nails?

Joanie B.  asked on  Dec 26, 2012

A:

Hello Joanie. These are not scultptured nails or tips. Simply put, this latest technology is a gel color that acts like a nail polish but each coat (including base and top) cures in 30 seconds or less. under LED lighis The previous technology used UV lights to cure and it took four times longer. You will leave our spa with cured nails (not just dry to the touch).
