Why is the gratuity preset? Don't we have to give what we wish based on the job done! The first time I asked for an appointment. I got one in October. The way the email was sent and the responses to my query were all not politely done. Finally I got an appointment in August. Carmen did a great job cleaning the bathroom and the kitchen. I would have her over again. The value of the groupon was offset however by the preset gratuity of $25. So I pretty much got a $40 /hour cleaning. For that price, it was not worth it! I hope they take off the gratuity and let us give what we will!
