Q:

A few questions 1) does the dog need to come in for a trial before it can stay for an extended time (a few nights)? Some of the other places I have boarded my dog require this. 2) Is the daycare/play time with other dogs included with this groupon or is that extra? 3) Are the dogs sorted by temperament and size? My dog is very playful but small and fragile. He been injured by other larger dogs in other facilities that haven't factored in his size when putting him with other much larger playful dogs.

A:

1) No your furry friend does not need to come in for a trial. In order to be in group daycare, they will be evaluated to see if they are good with groups of other dogs. 2) The daycare/playtime is included for the groupon, that is for the group playtime. If your dog isn't good with other dogs they will still be able to get playtime, it will just be individual with one of our caretakers several times a day. This is at an added cost. 3) The dogs are sorted by size, small dogs with small dogs, big dogs with big dogs. For temperament, we screen them for big groups, if they are not good with the group (never more than 15 at a time) then they are not allowed in and are put into the individual play. I hope that answers your questions. Feel free to come in for a tour as well if you would like. Thanks!

Q:

Is it possible to use 2 groupons to board for 10 nights? I was thinking of purchasing one and my boyfriend thought of purchasing one as a gift for me.

elynn  asked on  Apr 18, 2012

A:

Sorry, but we can only have it used for one stay. You could used it for the first 5 nights, and the next five would need to be at regular pricing. Thanks!

Q:

Would your resort be able to accomodate 2 English Mastiffs who are not terribly active but are very large at 185 and 195 pounds? They are about 1.5 years old and brothers who have never been separated. what would the cost be with the Groupon and without?

Bernadette C.  asked on  Apr 18, 2012

A:

Yes we can absolutely handle that size. The second dog would cost an additional $7/night for boarding and $20 for the second day of daycare/additional days.
