Promotional value expires 180 days after purchase. Amount paid never expires. Online reservation required. Merchant contact information will be available for you after purchase in your voucher. All customers who will be on board the pontoon boat must sign their waiver ahead of the tour. Gratuity is not required but is appreciated by our hardworking Dock Attendants. Cash or Venmo/PayPal. All equipment rentals start at OverWater Mission Bay, Hyatt Regency location, at 1590 Quivira Rd. San Diego, CA 92109. Please arrive 30 minutes before your reservation at our dock to allow time for check-in procedures, any outstanding paperwork and the orientation (NOTE: Parking can be very difficult to find as the street parking is public parking that we have no control over, however there is paid parking available at the hotel). Your rental period will begin promptly at your scheduled start time and you will be expected to return by the scheduled end time. Trip insurance will also allow you to receive a full refund in the event of a National Weather Service Severe Weather Warning is issued during the time of your scheduled tour, resulting in a cancellation on our end, you will receive a full refund. Additionally, you may cancel your tour for any reason up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour for a full refund. Without Trip Insurance, all sales are final with no exceptions. This means there are no refunds, rescheduling, or credits given for any reason. However, if your tour is canceled on our end due to a National Weather Service Severe Weather Warning and you do not have trip insurance, you will receive a credit for a future tour. To purchase trip insurance, simply select the add on “Trip Insurance” during checkout. Please note that for multi-equipment rentals, you will need to select the number of tickets you would like to insure to cover all the tickets. Without trip insurance, there are no refunds given for any reason. However you may receive a credit to reschedule your tour for a future date in the event of a cancellation due to a Severe Weather Warning from the National Weather Service. Further, you may reschedule your future tour under some circumstances if you give us a call at least a week before your scheduled tour. A surcharge will be applied at the time of booking. Valid only for option purchased. May be repurchased every 30 days. Limit 1 per person. All goods or services must be used by the same person. This is the first jet ski place on Groupon that seems to be a no nonsense operation. I would highly recommend people buy this deal. Be aware that you will pay $13, That is not a gimmick. It is a real tax that the city of San Diego charges them. Other than that, there won't be any surprises. It's a great place. It can be a little hard to find so just walk south towards the Hyatt and you'll see them on a little office on the dock.
