All customers who will be on board the jet ski must sign their waiver ahead of the tour.
All equipment rentals start at OverWater Mission Bay, Hyatt Regency location, at 1590 Quivira Rd., San Diego, CA 92109.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your reservation at our dock to allow time for check-in procedures, any outstanding paperwork, and the orientation. Parking can be very difficult to find as the street parking is public parking that we have no control over; however, paid parking is available at the hotel.
Your rental period will begin promptly at your scheduled start time and you will be expected to return by the scheduled end time.
Trip insurance will also allow you to receive a full refund in the event of a National Weather Service Severe Weather Warning issued during the time of your scheduled tour. If your tour is canceled on our end due to such warning, you will receive a full refund. Additionally, you may cancel your tour for any reason up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled tour for a full refund.
To purchase trip insurance, simply select the add-on “Trip Insurance” during checkout. For multi-equipment rentals, you must select the number of tickets you would like to insure to cover all tickets.
Without trip insurance, there are no refunds given for any reason. However, you may receive a credit to reschedule your tour for a future date in the event of a cancellation due to a National Weather Service Severe Weather Warning. You may also reschedule under some circumstances if you call at least one week before your scheduled tour.
All goods or services must be used by the same person. Valid only for option purchased.

This is the first jet ski place on Groupon that seems to be a no nonsense operation. I would highly recommend people buy this deal. Be aware that you will pay $13, That is not a gimmick. It is a real tax that the city of San Diego charges them. Other than that, there won't be any surprises. It's a great place.
It can be a little hard to find so just walk south towards the Hyatt and you'll see them on a little office on the dock.
