During one of my sessions, I was burned badly. It was very painful and I ended up scabbing and then was left with dark scars/marks once those scabs fell away. It has been one year and I still have scarring/hyperpigmentation from the burns. I deeply regret going here. It is not worth it to try and save money. I spent more money seeing dermatologists to try to treat my burns than I would have if I'd gone to a medical clinic to get the laser hair removal. The aesthetician provided me with no direction other than to use aloe and polysporin. She didn't treat the ordeal seriously and now I may very well be left with the marks forever.

The first two sessions were just ok but seeing as I paid for three, I booked for the third. Day before the appt Hetisha messages me saying she can't to the treatment because the Groupon expired. It had expired when she did the second as well so this was just her choosing not to honor the rest of the deal I paid for. Unimpressed with the service, will not return nor refer.
