About Pacific Coast Pizza
Pacific Coast Pizza’s chefs may dish up pizzeria cuisine in a fun, beach-inspired atmosphere—but they take their food seriously, baking their own focaccia, submarine buns, and flatbread each day for sandwiches. Their 21 signature pizzas bear breezy names and hearty toppings, such as the Wipe Out, a Thai-inspired pizza with sweet chili sauce, chicken, and peanuts, and the Malibu, which sports ground beef, sautéed mushrooms, and bacon with swiss and mozzarella cheese.
Those who’d like to engineer their own pies also have plenty of options. Diners start by choosing a size and an italian white or rosemary whole-wheat crust. Then, they pick one of 11 sauces, which range from classic red sauce to apple butter and smoky barbecue sauce, before adding cheeses such as cheddar, imported chevre, and smoked gouda. Once that’s done, the hard work really begins with the topping selection. Diners choose from 75 toppings, piling on veggies such as sweet garlic peppers and artichoke hearts, adding shrimp, roast beef, and other meats, and tossing in coconut, pineapple, and granny smith apples.
Before custom pies come bubbling out of the oven, diners sit back, order up a Shock Top draft beer or bottle of Fat Tire, and catch a game on one of the bar’s 10 flat-panel HDTVs. Pacific Coast Pizza also has an outdoor patio, where guests can savor slices, loaded salads, and pastas and taunt birds with their delicious people food. For those who want to dine at home, the eatery offers free delivery.
