What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Chris Gogue and his wife Jessica opened the doors to Pacific Elements Tattoo almost one year ago. Their goal was to create a family like environment for tattoo artists to do their work. Recently, Chris and Jessica were joined by business partner Gil Muna (Dolla Gil).
