This flavorful fusion was inspired by Executive Chef Robert Walpole, who has family roots in Alabama and Kentucky. For all three squares, Walpole and his staff whip up hearty, stick-to-your-ribs dishes and lighter alternatives. For breakfast, this means you can order chicken and waffles with honey butter or a four-egg omelet with a side of vegetarian sausage. He ups his game even more during lunch and dinner, when the menu boasts seared-oyster po' boys, country-fried steak, kale salad, and vegetable lasagna. But regardless of where your meal falls on the Mason-Dixon line, it can only get more satisfying with a craft beer or moonshine-infused cocktail.
