What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration behind Pacific Total Home Care was to provide affordable home care solutions to homeowners and multi residential family dwellings in the Northwest. Keeping all home care needs under one roof, to simplify maintaining a home with today's busy lifestyle.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the satisfaction of happy clients, when we are able to provide them with peace of mind and protection for their homes. Each home we service is one more gem in the great NorthWest to stay beautiful for years to come!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We've had so many thrilled clients, but the greatest feedback I've personally heard was from a couple in a NW Portland home, who purchased a voucher for window washing. We were efficient and provided quality service, which she expressed joy for, since other companies weren't able to help her.
