Q:

Yes, I had purchased a groupon last year for upper lip/chin area. I'm wondering how many treatments are necessary to eliminate all hair because it didn't seem to work. I just noticed the deal and time is running out.

SUZAN S.  asked on  Jul 16, 2012

A:

@ Susan S - The number of sessions varies by individual. Each person reacts differently to the laser and several factors contribute to the effectiveness of the treatments, such as appointment schedule, hair color, medication, hormone changes, etc. Additionally, the area in which you are treating because some areas are more difficult to treat than others. Please contact our office should you have any additional questions or if you would like to purchase a Groupon. Thank You.

A:

@ Rebekah - Good Morning, You may get both areas treated during one visit. Please let the receptionist know which areas you will be treating so we can schedule accordingly. Thank You.

Q:

I have heard that the hair has to be a certain length before it can be laser removed. If so, how long. I would like my upper lip done, but don't want to have to wait for the hair to be really long before having it removed. Thanks!

Pat S.  asked on  Jul 13, 2012

A:

Hi Pat S. Actually we ask that you shave the area in which we will be treating prior to your visit. Thank You.
