Fitness seekers take to the water atop standup paddleboards to perform exercises that vary with the tides. During high tide, instructors lead pupils through strength-building movements such as plyometrics in a protected lagoon. As the tide lowers, groups move to a sandbar, where they perform interval training interspersed with saltwater cooldowns between sets. At the end of interval training, groups get their dose of cardio with a brisk paddle back to shore.
