What You'll Get
Inner peace is like the Sasquatch—many people claim it’s real, but most remain skeptical until the moment it seizes them while they’re meditating on a mountaintop. Bring the bliss with this Groupon.
- $59 for 10 yoga and fitness classes ($125 value)
- Valid at either the Dublin or Gahanna/New Albany locations
The 60- or 75-minute yoga classes range from beginners flow—which introduces newcomers to the foundational poses—to more challenging hot power flow classes—which rely on focused breathing to link movements in a heated studio. Other fitness classes provide rigorous cardio workouts, with indoor spinning classes taking advantage of the fleet of stationary bikes, Barre classes, and TRX suspension classes that use bands and students’ body weight as resistance to help build strength. About PAI Yoga & Fitness
Named for both the Thai word for go and a small, peaceful town in Thailand, PAI Yoga & Fitness strives to combine two conflicting notions—energy and tranquility. Motion and stillness unite in PAI’s roster of classes, which range from yoga's fluid postures, heart-pumping TRX routines, cardio-intensive Spin classes and core/arm/leg toning Barre classes. PAI was created so that everyone, regardless of fitness level, would feel welcome. At two locations, the instructors lead classes within appropriately matched settings, with yoga classes taking place in a sunlight-drenched room with gleaming wood floors and fitness classes occurring in a black-floored studio populated by feral megaphones.
