Hi David, great questions! We have had very good results with the 12-weeks program and if you'd like to lose a good amount of weight I believe you are a great candidate for it. Your very first appointment will be an assessment where we do body measurements, weight, body fat %, BMI, balance, and flexibility. This allows our certified trainer to personalize a workout plan for you that will ensure your on the right track to achieve your weight loss goals. Along with the two sessions you have with the trainer every week you may use any of our equipment for a workout on your own at anytime during our business hours.
