More Questions and Answers

Q:

Due to my working hours, I would need to attend a weekend class and I see there is only one weekend class available on 8/4. If I sign up for this class and I see one I'd prefer to paint in the new schedule released on the 20th, would I be able to switch for no additional charge? I would like to secure the class on 8/4 just to make sure I could actually use my voucher but I'm not in love with the painting being featured. Please let me know if I am able to change if I find a painting I'd prefer better when the new schedule comes out. Thanks!

Kimberly W.  asked on  Jul 5, 2013

A:

Absolutely! As long as it is 48 hours prior to the start of the event you are registered for and there is space available in the new date, this would not be an issue at all. :)

Q:

Can we bring our own wine?

Tracey M.  asked on  Jul 3, 2013

A:

Generally no, but this depends on the venue where the class you registered for is being held. Some of our venues allow bringing a personal wine selection and will charge a corkage fee, while some do not allow it at all. Our advice is to contact the venue directly to see what their current policy is, as they can change often.

You can view a list of upcoming venues, here.

Q:

I have 2 questions. 1. Groupon says "painting and vino", but in description it says "food and drinks not included", so is "vino" included or not? 2. Do we get to keep our paintings?

Ann R.  asked on  Jun 30, 2013

A:

"Painting & Vino" is the name of the merchant. This voucher does not include food or drink. You get to keep your painting.
