  • 2016 Highlands Chardonnay: A rich and crisp Chardonnay, which was barrel-fermented and aged for 15 months in 20% French oak.

  • 2016 Bluffs Pinot Noir: Baked plums, fresh raspberries, and cherries are the nose of this wine, which are met with notes of toasted oak, black pepper, cola, and cinnamon. The palate presents mushrooms and cloves, with baking spices and black cherries.

  • 2017 Rosé of Pinot Noir: Made using the "saignée" method and barrel-fermented and aged in neutral oak for three months, this dry Rosé melds fresh acidity with sweet red fruit flavors.
