Like everyone else recently I showed up for my appointment today and they are permanently closed. No notice at all. Rip off and waste of my time to drive all the way there and back for nothing. And they got three of my seven sessions I paid for. Annoyed!

YEAP I used them last year so I renewed cus I needed a few more treatments.. It was suggested of course... I renewed and got 1 treatment. showing up today it is locked the nice woman next door came to tell us that they closed 3 WEEKS ago ! never called anyone. RIP OFF. Haven't even changed their outgoing messages.

I began receiving services for this Groupon. I was pleased with the progress being made, but was only able to receive 3 of the 7 sessions. When I showed up for my appointment today there was a closed sign on the door and no information to contact anyone. The neighboring business said they closed with no notice 6-8 weeks ago. I never received any communication about canceling the appointment.

The business is now closed. I showed up for my appointment today to find a closed sign on the door. No call. When I called their main line, it says their business is closed. Groupon will not refund your money. They gave me some “Groupon bucks”, but why would I use Groupon if they are selling deals for businesses that are closed and won’t even return our money? Do not purchase this.

DO NOT BUY. ITS SHUT DOWN I hve been calling and calling and I see the reviews stating they closed. This place screwed us all over! Worst part is I bought the package thru Groupon and bought several more from the business. This is Terrible and unprofessional. Why is this still up?? DO NOT BUY. I went for my appt June 6 and no one was there. Calling every day. Even their email is shut down

I have been going to Palm Beach Medical since December. I have had 3 sessions out of the 7. I had an appointment for June 3, when I arrived the closed sign was on the door. No one called me to tell me not to come. I have call 3 times to find out what’s going on and make a new appointment. I haven’t received a call back.
