My spouse and I each have used a voucher, and both of us were satisfied with the jobs done on our respective vehicles. Now we're going to probably fight over who gets to use that third voucher! :-) Employees were pleasant, no redemption problems whatsoever and we were in and out in less than a half-hour's time. Don't you just love a clean car?!
