Certified yoga instructor leads lyengar–style yoga classes that focus on therapeutic poses and proper alignment and gives detailed instruction to new students to get them up to speed. Beginner yoga classes focus on basic movements and breathing techniques, and level 1 and 2 sessions explore more complex standing poses, back bends, and inversions.
