I was very surprised when I tried to use this Groupon & it was marked 'redeemed' & I had NOT used it. I then contacted the merchant several times & finally got a reply. They were very nice & scheduled the detail at my convenience. I even scheduled having a 2nd vehicle done on the same appointment. Barry & a lady showed up right on time & did a fantastic job on both a 4-door sedan & an SUV (including both engines). They both were extremely personable & made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I was so pleased I gave them a big tip.
