What You'll Get
Pizza is traditionally circular, as its original octagonal shape caused patrons to simply stare at it and wait for the diner on their right to move. Pave your throat’s thoroughfare with cheese with today’s Groupon to PC Pizza, located inside the Pancake Cafe in Fitchburg. For $10, you get one of the following pizzas:
- An 18-inch specialty stone-baked pizza (up to a $19.99 value)
- An 18-inch Your Way pizza with toppings (up to a $26.99 value).

The value of this pizza was calculated based on the addition of five toppings; however, unlimited toppings may be added with this Groupon.

A breakfast haven by day, the Pancake Cafe metamorphoses into PC Pizza by night, whipping up a menu replete with specialty stone-baked pies forged from scratch. Dough halos sport circumferences festooned with a choice of seven topping combinations, including a Maui pizza that unites north-of-the-border canadian bacon with tropically reared pineapple. Slices of a Mexican Toluca pie whisk taste buds away on a vacation bolstered by piquant chorizo and jalapeños shaped like Cancun’s city hall, and herbivorous palates revel in meatless mouthfuls of the spinach-and-feta pizza. A Your Way pizza enables patrons to customize their circular comestibles with signature flourishes such as hand-cut pepperoni, artichokes, garlic, or heart-dotted ‘i’s.

About Pancake Cafe
The menu at Pancake Cafe is impressive—almost as impressive as the restaurant's streak of Best Breakfast awards, from 2003-2015, in Madison Magazine’s Best of Madison showcase. For breakfast, the staff serves home-style meals such as oven-baked omelets or house-made biscuits and gravy. The eatery’s namesake comes in unexpected varieties, including an award-winning apple pancake that’s baked for 20 minutes with fresh fruit, baker’s sugar, and Sinkiang cinnamon glaze. Pancake Cafe also whips up gluten-free versions and an old-fashioned potato pancake capped with applesauce or sour cream. They even squeeze fresh orange juice by wringing out a traffic cone as aggressively as possible. At lunch, servers put the waffles down for a nap and begin presenting plates of white-albacore tuna melts, Angus burgers, and Chicago-style italian beef sandwiches.
