Panico's culinary crew artistically plates a menu laden with time-tested Italian cuisine. Vodka penne ($17) conveys creamy sauce infused with fresh tomatoes, parmesan, and pepper vodka in pasta vessels as efficient as the marinara-stained aqueducts of ancient Rome. Inundate palates with a tender pan-seared rack of lamb ($29), nestled amid knolls of sweet-potato puree and tributaries of tangy mint vinaigrette. Diners rake into orders of homemade seafood ravioli ($19), which brim with succulent flakes of lobster and shrimp.
