On February 8, 1979 the first Panino Giusto opened in Corso Garibaldi, Milan. Its menu was filled with traditional ingredients and time-honored recipes, and before long the restaurant's success exploded. Today, Panino Giusto can be found around the world, from Tokyo to London to all across Italy. Toothsome favorites include the Michelin-starred Milano panini, crafted by chef Claudio Sadler, layering fresh-baked flatbread with 26-month-aged parma ham, crispy romaine and arugala, zesty balsamic vinegar flakes, and imported parmigiano reggiano cream.
