Service was horrible. Wasn’t greeted upon entering. Called ahead and still waited about 20 min. No one explained or apologized for the wait. Also received food that didn’t appear to be fully cooked.

Hadn’t had papa Ramona’s in a long time forgot how good it is. The pizza was so good and fresh it had a lot of toppings. The salad was crisp not just lettuce they put a good amount of toppings on as well.
